Electronic versions of our Winter Drain down and Winter Central Heating check forms for our Riverside Holiday Home customers.

If you would like us to complete a Winter Drain Down service on your Holiday Home, please fill in the below form:

Thermostats(Required)
Please let us know if you have a Hive, Nest or similar thermostat fitted that YOU control from your phone/tablet. If you have one of these devices, we will only drain the water system and will not touch the temperature on the boiler. It is your responsibility to set the boiler & radiators at the required temperature/setting.
Bottle Watch
For customers on bottled gas, you will be automatically be put onto Winter Bottle Watch as part of the drain down service unless you have told us otherwise. If you DO NOT want bottle watch, please tick the box above.
Additional Information(Required)
1) The drain down will be done on your selected date unless the weather does not permit it. Please therefore leave your holiday home drained to the best of your ability when you leave. 2) We will not drain down dishwashers/washing machines as we have been advised by leading dishwasher/washing machine manufacturers that it is impossible to do so as the water pumps are inaccessible. 3) The price for the Drain down automatically includes the central heating system check as standard. Any additional inhibitor Anti-Freeze required for the CH system to be below -10 will be invoiced separately at a charge of £17.50 per litre.
