Parkside Cottage enjoys all of the traditional country features you’d like to find in a converted farm building. A comfortable cottage with wood floors, a real fire and original features, it can now be booked as a one bedroom option. This pet friendly cottage enjoys an enclosed garden and ample parking.
Ground Floor
Petite Parkside offers a generously sized kitchen leading to a dining area with feature barn windows while the cosy sitting room has an open fire and wooden floor. The accessible downstairs room has an adjoining bathroom with shower cubicle, perfect for anyone with limited mobility as it is fitted with grab rails, and can be booked as a twin or super king bed.
Parkside is pet friendly, with up to two dogs welcome for a small additional charge. We respectfully request that the dogs are not left in the property unattended during your stay and that they are not permitted into the bedroom.
Petite Parkside is available to book during off peak times during the season. It is not available during school holidays or Bank holidays.

Two well behaved dogs are allowed in Parkside and the charge is £10 per dog per week.
The properties are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m.
We do not allow food deliveries onto the caravan park, including to the cottages. Bentham and the local area has a great selection of shops and services available, whom we ask you to support as part our commitment to green tourism.
