The season starts on the 1st March 2008 to 2nd January 2009.

12 MONTHS PITCH FEE : payable on 1st Feb. £1525 inc VAT
RATES & WATER: payable on 1st October - includes water & sewerage charges. £195 approx
INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGE :
Payable 1st October.		 £95.00 inc VAT
ELECTRIC : Electric-units used at ‘pass through’ cost approx. 8p per unit + VAT at 5%
INSURANCE :Must be provided by customer.

Please note:
Caravans must be less than 5 years old when first sited.

Once the touring caravan reaches 12yrs old it must be replaced with another under 5yrs old.
