We provide all the services you need for the modern holiday home or static caravan. Our hard standing pitches are fully serviced and beautifully maintained. All are spacious, level, grassy and well drained.

With our experience of holiday homes, you can rely on our team to provide a fantastic and friendly service. We want to ensure you enjoy the time you spend with us.
We'd also like to help you purchase your choice of caravan whatever make or model you want whether it be new or pre-owned.
All the holiday home pitches have concrete bases and are fully serviced including mains drainage, water, electric and TV points.
Any make of new caravan can be purchased on the Park and pre-owned caravans are often available.
As usual, the park cannot be used as your sole or main residence, we will need proof of your address where you reside and can be contacted if and when required. All our holiday homes are privately owned and sub-letting is not allowed, additionally, no homes are available for hire.
There are currently 206 pitches on the Park. Touring caravans can be taken in part exchange. Please contact us for more details via telephone or email.

Maximum Holiday Home Age Limit
From 1st Jan 2006, all holiday homes on the park must be less than 20 years old from manufacture date. The partners reserve the right to alter these prices without notification. Your holiday home is welcome on the Park as long as you remain owner, the only time we may decide the holiday home has to leave the Park is when you the customer, decide to leave the Park or upgrade your holiday home.
Initial Purchasing Costs
Transport from the factory to the Park depends on the make and generally starts from £890 includiing VAT. This includes road escort but may change without notice subject to fuel or haulage price increases. The connection charge is £2,870 including VAT. This includes connection to the 4 main services - water, sewer, electric and TV. We also provide 2x47kgs Gas bottles, change over regulator, full gas safety check and standard steps to front and rear.
