We provide all the services you need for the modern holiday home or static caravan. Our hard standing pitches are fully serviced and beautifully maintained. All are spacious, level, grassy and well drained.

 

With our experience of holiday homes, you can rely on our team to provide a fantastic and friendly service. We want to ensure you enjoy the time you spend with us.

We'd also like to help you purchase your choice of caravan whatever make or model you want whether it be new or pre-owned.

 

All the holiday home pitches have concrete bases and are fully serviced including mains drainage, water, electric and TV points.

Any make of new caravan can be purchased on the Park and pre-owned caravans are often available. As usual, the park cannot be used as your sole or main residence, we will need proof of your address where you reside and can be contacted if and when required. All our holiday homes are privately owned and sub-letting is not allowed, additionally, no homes are available for hire.

 

There are currently 206 pitches on the Park. Touring caravans can be taken in part exchange. Please contact us for more details via telephone or email.

 

2012 Running Costs

FOR NEW AND PRE-OWNED HOLIDAY HOMES, ON THE MAIN PARK

The Park is open from 1st March to 2nd January annually.

 

PITCH FEE Payable before 14th February including VAT @ 20%	£1875.00
RATES, WATER & SEWAGE Charges payable on 1st October including VAT @ 20%	£220 approx
ELECTRIC Electric charged as meter usage at pass through price (approx. 12p including VAT @ 5%)
Plus electric & TV system infrastructure charge including VAT @ 20%	£100 - £110 approx
INSURANCE Payable on 1st June, price depends on make and model of Holiday Home,	Quotes can be given on request.
Seasonal maintenance of Holiday Homes and pitches can be arranged through the Park office e.g. boiler service, winter drain off, exterior Holiday Home washing etc.
Initial Costs of purchasing a new Holiday Home:
TRANSPORT Transport from the factory to the Park (including escort). Depends on make of holiday home, including VAT This rate is likely to increase if the cost of fuel increases or the rate of VAT changes.	£890 approx
