Riverside Caravan Park , Yorkshire Dales. Touring Caravans and Motorhomes
On the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, Forest of Bowland and Lancashire, this caravan site offers an idyllic location for tourers, motorhomes and seasonal touring caravans.
The park has 61 touring pitches which are all level, grassy and well drained - 12 fully serviced hard standing pitches, 15 hard standing with electric and TV hook-up and 34 level grass with electric and TV hook-up.
Touring pitches are clearly marked out, generous in size with lots of space for the children to burn off excess energy, there is also an on-site outdoor adventure playground within sight of the touring area.
All pitches have electric and T.V. points.
Close by are toilets and showers, with wash basins and shaver points, a utility room for washing up,
two laundry rooms and a chemical toilet disposal point
Gas is also sold on the caravan park. The touring area is open from the 1st March to 14th December and 29th Dec - 2nd Jan.
Booking is essential for Bank Holidays and Summer Holiday weekends. Winter storage is available for touring caravans.There are also some touring plots available.
Important Note : All touring pitches are allocated on arrival, no pitches are pre-bookable.

A deposit of £30.00 must be paid to secure a booking.If your overall stay costs less than £30, the full amount will need to be pre-paid. £10 refundable deposit isrequired for the toilet block access card. £5 refundable deposit maybe required for the TV Ariel lead.

All pitches have to be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure or you can extend your stay until 5pm for just £4 per pitch.
Saturday night bookings (1 night only) will be charged a £4 premium on top of the above price and at busy times, e.g: bank holidays and summer holiday weekends. Some weekends we may not be able to accept 1 night bookings.
No Commercial Vehicles, i.e: Transit vans or sign written small vehicles.
No plastic ground sheets, use breathable ground sheets only.
No ground sheets to be used during the months of July and August.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times on the Park.
Caravan Storage during the season is £3.00 per day when not in use. Caravans over 15 years old will not be stored for more than 14 consecutive days. Insurance details must be made available.
Fishing permits for the River and the Lake are available from Reception on the Park.
